Why it matters to you
Fresh CVVs mean a live source somewhere: a compromised checkout, a skimmed page, a breached processor. A falling price for your country means that source is large.

The listing prices are the readable part. When per-record pricing for a market drops sharply, a fresh batch has landed, usually well before anyone has disclosed a breach.
